The French knots on my latest 6-inch hoop took FOREVER to do but was worth the time and effort! See my last post for the inspiration photo I took in Monte Carlo 😊

Flashback to my adventure on the Riviera where I snapped a pic of the colorful foliage in Monte Carlo, just outside of the famous casino...inspiration for my latest piece (see my next post).

My latest piece inspired by the fab pink floral display at the St. Regis Hotel (see my last post for the inspiration photo). Had to stop myself from going wild and really filling up the 6-inch hoop!

I passed a building on Park Avenue with the prettiest blue hydrangeas (see my last post for the inspiration photo) that inspired the color palette of my latest 6-inch hoop. If you couldn't tell, I πŸ’™roses and πŸ’™working with shades of colors...the possibilities are endless! Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!

My first hoop of 2017 inspired by the lovely yellow floral arrangement my friend sent me (see my last post for the inspiration photo). It's so bitterly cold here that these colors warm me up! Happy Friday!!

For New Year's Eve, I wanted to make something that resembled a night sky with twinkling stars - hard to tell, but I used silver thread...when the sun hits the hoop, all the stars "shine". So why a night sky? Because for me, New Years is like wishing on a star - thankful for the past year and hopeful for the next...may all your wishes and dreams come true in 2017! xx

Christmas may be over but I love the color combination of this holiday arrangement I snapped on Christmas Eve. Of course I had to make a hoop (see next two posts)...

My 6-inch hoop was inspired by the Lincoln Square Christmas tree lights and I had so much fun making it. Like most things I make, it started out very simple then, as you can see, I went a bit "wild" 😊 (see my last post for the inspiration photo). Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Christmas xx

I'm personally more of a white lights kind of gal but when I saw the Lincoln Square Christmas tree with its bold colors, I figured why not? (see my next post)...

I'm so used to embroidering on white fabric that this is my first using black linen. I took a photo of the 5th Avenue snowflake the other night and couldn't wait to get started on this white-on-black piece (see me last post for the inspiration photo). What do you think??
