Whole30 keeps getting better & better. πŸ€€πŸ– #whatrobineatswhole30 
Ok, so it's not all sunshine (even though LA is beautiful today!) here on day 19 of #whole30challenge. What's gotten me this far is a positive attitude. Some days I feel energized & alive! Other days I want a whole pint of @siggisdairy yogurt. Keeping my head in the game, making sure I'm fueling myself w/ yummy meals & snacks. Side note, @coffeeandcardio & I have a special Whole30 compliant giveaway in the works! Make sure to stay tuned early next week. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³πŸ˜‹βœ¨ #whole30

No matter how much water I drink, my skin is usually dry. Im always trying new lotions, creams, & oils to help keep my skin happy. This morning I mashed together one @friedasproduce stokes purple sweet potato, one Japanese sweet potato, 1 tbsp coconut cream, 1/4 c @thenewbarn unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Combined w/ some sautΓ©ed collard greens & topped two ways! 
1. Cashew butter, poached egg, & nutmeg.
2. Avocado, poached egg, tahini, & cayenne. In my @healthyhumanlife cruiser, @stumptowncoffee sleigh ride & @vitalproteins collagen peptides. πŸ˜πŸ™†πŸ»πŸ’– #Whole30

The face after BBG Day 1. πŸ˜…βœ¨πŸ™†πŸ»πŸ’€ #thekaylamovement 
So I'm a day behind, but better late than never, right? πŸ€“πŸ™ˆ #bbg 
I started my BBG adventure one year ago exactly. After weight lifting for almost ten years, I was burnt out of the same routine. I enjoy taking care of my body & working out, but I knew I had to switch it up. Being a certified personal trainer for the last five years, writing a routine for myself doesn't feel as satisfying as someone else pushing me out of my comfort zone. Then entered BBG! πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’• #bbgcommunity 
I set the heavy weights down, took over a corner of the gym, & started to enjoy circuits. Pushing myself in a completely different way made 8 pound weights seem very heavy at rep 20 & a million burpees also helped exhaust me. πŸ˜…πŸ’€ BBG1 & BBG2 helped me enjoy circuits & see their true value. All this to say, whether you're weight lifting, bodypumping, doing yoga, or spinning (shout out to @flywheelsports being the perfect reason to be a day late πŸ˜πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–). Finding a fitness routine you enjoy is something I'm passionate about & will help make working out fun! πŸ€“πŸ’ͺ🏻 #robinplotnikfitness

Whole30 Day 10: I created toast for Toast Tuesday, not for me, but for my sweet husband b/c not everyone should have to suffer. πŸ˜‰πŸžπŸ₯‘ #toasttuesday 
Real talk, I'm not craving bread! After 10 days of no grains, I'm honestly not missing bread. For me, it's dairy... I loveeeeee yogurt (miss you @siggisdairy & @smariorganics πŸ˜­πŸ’€πŸ–€). I've noticed a huge improvement w/ my digestive system over the last 10 days. Not sure if dairy alone is to blame, but I'm definitely feeling different! 😯✨ #whole30 
Cinnamon raisin @foodforlifebaking bread, toasted, & topped two ways:

I won't lie, when my alarm went off this morning I was feeling a little off (Monday right? πŸ˜…). After a crack of dawn spin class w/ good company, my Monday has been turned around! πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸŒ§πŸ˜ #whywefly 
Apricot Prosciutto Frittata: 4 egg whites, 1 tbsp @thenewbarn unsweetened almond milk, 2 C collard greens, Whole30 approved prosciutto, apricot slices, @oh_my_spice garlic lovers seasoning, & mozzarella cheese on ONE HALF ONLY (Joel's half πŸ˜πŸ™†πŸ»). Cook for 20 mins at 350Β°F, top w/ avocado, hot sauce, or anything else! I paired mine w/ a Japanese sweet potato, @fourthandheart ghee, & cinnamon.
